The Family Fellowship and Health Walk Fair is a annual event hosted by Destiny and Purpose
Community Outreach, since 2000. Each year, we seek the participation of Sponsors and Local Businesses to support this worthwhile
event for families. We believe in supporting other agencies by inviting their participation and collaboration. Our collaborating
partners for 2006 were, Down to Earth Community Outreach of Mt. Clemens, MI, Gayla Folson is Executive Director and
Children of the King, also of Detroit, Tonya Thomas is Executive Director.

The Mission
To bring families together from all over the Metro Detroit area in fellowship, unity, health
awareness and networking activities.
Our goal is to reach out to our youth, connect with the community residents and to expose
them to the many available services, events, and free resources and programs that are provided by the participating
agencies.
