Y. S. Parker. Ms. Cochran has been selected for her dedication, support and contributions made to the Youth On A Positive
Note - Role Model mentoring program, since 2002. Chantele is a model and hair designer and provides hair and make-up
for youth participants when we have our annual youth conferences. Destiny and Purpose Community Outreach salutes our
2007 honoree.
